Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered from Femme Favs. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Return Window You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition for Return To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging
Items that are damaged, worn, or missing original packaging/tags may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
How to Start a Return Email support@favsfemme.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without a request may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below), in which case we cover it.
Restocking Fee No restocking fee.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@favsfemme.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice — and you won't need to pay return shipping.
Order Cancellations You may cancel or change your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact support@favsfemme.com as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale / clearance items are marked as such at checkout and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defect.
