Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Femme Favs. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 6-15 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress. If you don't see it within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us at support@favsfemme.com.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@favsfemme.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@favsfemme.com as soon as possible — we can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This does not affect your total shipping cost.
